- You are a Policy Holder who requires medical attention.
- You contact your Agent, who will request from you the detailed information of your illness and obtain your travel plans (date & timing). This information will be emailed to Summit Medic.
- Summit Medic will then evaluate your case with your Agent. We may require supporting medical report/referral letter before we proceed to make arrangement with our panel for appropriate doctors and admission. Thereafter, logistics such as hotel accommodation and limousine services will be taken care by us too.
